1. mikkaneo is the platform for artists, designers, artisan workshops and labels with high-quality print products as well as artistic and handcrafted works and products from Europe.
2. On mikkaneo you will only find authentic, regionally handcrafted products, real people and their stories.
3. For us, artistic works and products, genuine craftsmanship, and creative work are at the center. For this reason, we do not list industrially manufactured mass products or hobby products.
4. We protect your market presence on mikkaneo and focus on clarity in our product categories. With this, we commit to not listing similar works and products in origin, material and design.
5. mikkaneo is a Social Business Company from Berlin. We consistently focus on a partnership-based collaboration at eye level and actively support artistic and cultural projects throughout Europe with every sale.
Your benefits on mikkaneo
1. Visibility at no cost: Listing on mikkaneo is free. Your brand, your story and your products are at the center. Visibility cannot be bought with us.
2. Fair conditions: With us, there is no contract term, base fee, setup fee, transaction fees or transaction flat rate per order. We only charge a sales commission of 10% of the gross sales price excluding shipping costs and plus VAT, to cover our own costs. This is transparent, fair and significantly below market standard. We work in partnership and not profit-oriented at your expense.
3. Customer support & shipping: We take over first-level customer support and, optionally, shipping for you, so that you can fully focus on your passion.
4. Quality promise: On mikkaneo, alongside high-quality print products, there are exclusively handcrafted artistic works and products made in Europe. Every product is carefully reviewed by us before listing.
