Shipping policy

1. Shipping Costs

  • Germany: Books always ship for free. For all other orders, shipping is free from €69. If your order value is below €69 shipping costs €4.90. For prints in A2 format or larger, we charge a one-time shipping fee of €5.90 due to the package size.
  • Within the EU (excluding Germany): €6.90 shipping. Free shipping from an order value of €69. For prints in A2 format or larger, we charge a one-time shipping fee of €9.90 due to the package size.
  • Switzerland: CHF 24.90 shipping. Free shipping from an order value of CHF 300. We cover all customs duties and import taxes for you. No additional charges will apply. For prints in A2 format or larger, we charge a one-time shipping fee of CHF 29.90 due to the package size.

 

2. Delivery Times

  • Shipping within Germany: approx. 1–3 business days
  • Shipping EU: approx. 1–4 business days

  • Shipping to Switzerland: approximately 2–5 business days (including customs clearance)

We ship our products within Germany, across the EU, and to Switzerland. Orders are usually shipped via DHL, Hermes, or DPD. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. Delays caused by external factors are beyond our control.


 

3. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to Germany, all EU countries, and Switzerland. Shipping to countries outside the EU is not available at this time.


 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail, allowing you to track the status of your order at any time.


 

5. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at: DeinSupport@mikkaneo.com

  • Damaged items: Please send us photos of the damaged items and the packaging so that we can find a solution. Send these to DeinSupport@mikkaneo.com 

  • Lost packages: If your order has not arrived, please contact us at DeinSupport@mikkaneo.com. We will check the status with the shipping provider and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement delivery or a refund.


 

6. Returns & Complaints

Returns are possible within 30 days. Please contact us in advance at DeinSupport@mikkaneo.de to register your return.

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
