A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed in nature:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, a clear statement to us (mikkaneo, Kopernikusstraße 25c, 10245 Berlin, Germany, Tel.: 015227429092, Email: support@mikkaneo.com), e.g. by letter or email, is sufficient. You are welcome to use the sample withdrawal form provided below, although this is not required.

Even easier: use our online withdrawal form. Once submitted, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

The goods must be returned or handed over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

General Notes

Please avoid damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, please use protective outer packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against damage in transit.
Please do not return the goods to us carriage unpaid.
Please note that points 1–2 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
